Spring Ladybug Craft

Spring is here and now is a great time to make fun craft ideas with your kids. Whether you are a parents, teacher, babysitter or grandparent, Spring Lady Bugs are a fun to make!

You will need:

Picture of yourself, friend, family member, etc.

Glue Dots

Red & Black Construction Paper

Scissors

Glue Stick

Glitter (or any other kind of decorations)

Directions:

Cut a round circle out of the red construction paper & small black dots out of the black paper

Use Glue Dots to adhere the black dots to the red paper

Cut the picture of yourself out of your photo & attach it to the top of the lady bug with a Glue Dot

Take the extra black paper & cut strips for legs & antenna & attach with a Glue Dot

Use the Glitter & Glue stick to make you lady bug stand out!

TeachersTape is a safe product when used properly on hard, non-porous surfaces like laminates, metal, plastics, painted concrete block, wood and white boards.  TeachersTape is also latex free.

Another question we received is how much weight our tapes can hold. Our removable adhesive tapes are designed for lightweight applications such as posters, artwork and decorations. A sheet of 8 1⁄2” x 11” construction paper can easily be supported by two pieces of tape and for larger and heavier items we recommend more pieces at the top and around the perimeter. TeachersTape removable adhesive tapes can be used the same way over the counter, store bought adhesive tapes work, but our tapes hold better and are stronger, keeping items on the walls and not falling down.
